Our 83^rd Way project was a total transformation. We partnered with the homeowner to help finish and re-design this home.

As we worked alongside our client, we came up with a better design that allowed beauty and function. There was a low soffit, two cumbersome peninsulas and a sunken living room among other onerous tasks that needed demo. For this project, the client did all the demolition, re-work of the new layout, and prepped the space for us. We installed cabinetry, refinished the laundry cabinets, and shiplap the fireplace. Our clients chose to do a beaded inset shaker cabinet with two stains. For the perimeter, it is a white stain on alder wood with distressing and the island is a dark brown stain on poplar wood. For the countertops, it is a creamy quartz with the 3 inch mitered edge and to compliment this kitchen, gold hardware was installed.

Overall, this kitchen turned out breathtaking and will be enjoyed for years to come.
